Macugnaga<\/strong> is an alpine village located at the foot of Mount Rosa<\/strong>, Anzasca Valley<\/strong>, and it is famous for the breathtaking mountainous scenery and for the Walser culture, which has had a strong influence on local people and architecture for centuries up until today.<\/p>\n

Macugnaga is a place where tradition and modernity are blended together in a perfect mix. Macugnaga is in fact a modern tourist centre<\/strong> with a lot to offer both during winter and summer. In wintertime, ski-lovers can enjoy more than 35 km of ski slopes<\/strong>, two cross-country skiing trails<\/strong>, and one snow park<\/strong>.
